Jubilee Opening Hours

Over the Jubilee bank holidays and weekend, the practice will be closed except for a normal Saturday clinic on 4th June between 8.30am and 12pm.

Emergency Out of Hours Provision: –

On Thursday 2nd June we will be operating our normal emergency service out of Estcourt Vets, however from 8.30am on Friday 3rd June and over the bank holiday weekend we will be using ‘Vets Now’ a dedicated 24hour emergency sevice based in Chippenham to support our team, by providing Out of Hours Cover for our clients and their pets for this short period only.

This means that if you ring with a genuine emergency between Friday morning at 8.30am and Monday morning at 8.30am (except for when the practice is open on Saturday morning) then you will be transferred to Vets Now in Chippenham, and you will have to take your pet to Chippenham for veterinary care if it is deemed necessary.

Those patients that are in our hospital on Friday morning and who need ongoing veterinary care over the remainder of the bank holiday weekend will also need to be transferred by their owners to Chippenham at 8.30am on Friday morning. Likewise those patients that attend our Saturday clinic and need hospitalisation will need to be taken to Vets Now in Chippenham at 12pm on Saturday.
